The software comes as a single .zip file. If you like to add the library to the GAC, you can do this manually. There's no setup program included.
Along with the class library and the documentation you will find the source code of a small WinForms application, allowing you to run each of the samples discussed in the documentation file. As a further extra, there's another litte program (with source full code) that demonstrates the power of customization techniques by implementing a simple SNMPv2C-Master based on Versatile Serializing.
