Our License Model

Versatile Serializing is not free software. To incorparate this library into your products and solutions, you need a valid license. However, there are no royalties, run-times fees, or server deployment charges.

The license options are:

  • A One Developer License entitles to use the library on a single personal computer for development by one individual person. Includes no source code.
  • A bundle of Two Developer Licenses.
  • A bundle of Three Developer Licenses.
  • A Site License entitles to use the library on any number of personal computers for development within one organization. Includes no source code.
  • A Site+Source License is equal to a Site License but includes full source code.

For all the above listed license type, the following rules apply:

  • You may distribute the unchanged class library assembly file (.dll) as a part of your product or solution without any additional charge. However, the documentation, samples or source code may not be redistributed.
  • All updates are free within 12 months after purchasing the license.

The fastest way to order and receive Versatile Serializing is on-line ordering using a credit card. In this case delivery is usually less than 48 hours. Attached to the delivery email is a zip file. Make sure your filter accepts the zip file attachment. If setting up your filter to accept the delivery email is impossible: please contact us immediately after ordering.
